Owl Barn is a delightful, semi-detached barn conversion situated opposite a courtyard from a farm in Devon, two and a half miles from Tavistock. The property is set solely on the ground floor with wide doorways and a wet room. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the patio outside and an additional double bedroom with an en-suite. As well as a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and doors onto the patio. The patio and lawn outside are for the private use of the cottage only and enclosed, with stunning far-reaching to Dartmoor in the distance. There is also off road parking for two cars.
